Dario Perez

Dario Perez was born and raised on the United States Naval Base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba ("Gitmo").  Upon graduating from high school, he attended the University of North Carolina where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and graduated cum laude in 1986.

Thereafter, Dario attended New York Law School in New York City and received his Juris Doctor degree in 1989.

Upon graduating from law school, Dario was associated with two major personal injury law firms in New York City, where he handled all types of personal injury cases from inception through trial, including, motor vehicle accidents, labor law construction site accidents, premises accidents, lead poisoning and medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Perez has over 20 years of trial experience.  He has taken hundreds of verdicts in all areas and fields of personal injury from complex construction accident cases to premises and automobile accidents.  Mr. Perez states "I take great pride and honor in representing my clients in court.  I am passionate about fighting for the justice they deserve. There is no greater feeling in the world than having a jury award one of my clients what they are rightfully entitled to and have been wrongfully denied by the insurance industry, companies and defendants."

Dario Perez has obtained multiple verdicts, settlements and awards which are in excess of millions of dollars.  He devotes all of his time, energy and resources to combating the wrongdoing of others and holding them accountable for their actions.  Mr. Perez is a member of a hard working family of construction workers and laborers.  He notes "It is the construction workers and union members of this state that make it great.  These are proud and hard working individuals who have never asked for a hand out in their lives. When they get injured and can not support their families I am proud to represent them. I understand what they are going through and leave no stone unturned in obtaining the highest possible award."

In 2006, as a result of his many successful verdicts throughout his career, Mr. Perez, was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates by his peers.



Mr. Perez is licensed to practice law in the State of New York as well as the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York.

Mr. Perez is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers, Puerto Rican Bar Association, Kings County Bar Association, Bronx County Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association and New York County Bar Association.

Mr. Perez is fluent in Spanish and co-hosts a legal information talk show on various radio stations in the New York metropolitan area.
